The chosen candidate will provide detailed technical drawings and plans to guide architects, engineers, and designers on turnkey projects.

Full-Time

Duties:

Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.

Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with ACAD systems.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and update drawings and plans to reflect any changes identified.

Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.

Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Adhere to company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements in all drafting work.

Any other job-related duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Excellent AutoCAD skills.

Diploma in Architectural Drafting or degree in a related field would be considered as an asset.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Project.

Good understanding of Maltese building codes and regulations.
