We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Gozo. In this role, the selected candidate will understand customers’ needs, propose solutions by offering products to match their style, budget, and overall functional requirements. Through training you will provide expert product knowledge and offer design suggestions. You will work closely with all the pertinent departments to provide the client with a seamless customer journey throughout the entire sales process.

Duties:

Determine the customer’s needs and preferences.

Demonstrate deep knowledge of the features, quality, and benefits of products offered.

Assist customers with alternative solutions for their requirements.

Prepare quotations and supporting drawings if required, follow up and close sales orders.

Respond to queries, requests and complaints efficiently.

Support customers during & after the sales process to maintain positive business relationships.

Meet or exceed individual sales objectives set from time to time.

Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and promotional events.

Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, seeking resolution when necessary.

Coordinate delivery and installation schedules and to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Any other job-related duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
