Cardiology Ward

The Cardiology Ward underwent a comprehensive refurbishment aimed at enhancing functionality, patient comfort, safety, and clinical efficiency. The project included extensive construction works to optimize space allocation, together with plastering, painting, and the installation of marble window sills to create a modern and welcoming healthcare environment.
A complete upgrade of the building services was carried out, including new mechanical and electrical systems, lighting, switches, dimmers, HVAC systems with forced ventilation and air conditioning, fire alarm installations, structured cabling networks, medical gas systems, and drainage infrastructure. Fire safety measures were also enhanced through fire compartmentation works, firefighting equipment installations, and the integration of compliant fire doors.

The refurbishment further incorporated the installation of gypsum ceilings and partition walls, vinyl flooring, sanitaryware, curtain rails, wall guards, bed protection systems, timber and fire-rated doors, aluminium apertures, and other specialist healthcare finishes. The result is a fully modernised cardiology facility designed to support high-quality patient care while meeting the latest healthcare, safety, and operational standards.
