Spot the Signs Early

Mould may appear as black, green, brown or white patches, but there are other warning signs worth watching for, including persistent condensation, musty smells, damp patches, peeling paint, bubbling finishes and discolouration.

Bathrooms, kitchens, external walls, ceilings, areas around windows and pipes, and spaces behind large pieces of furniture are particularly susceptible.
