Site Architect

Update drawings as required, preparation and measurements for procurement, setting out on site prior to commencement of works.

Daily site supervision, reporting development of site works, and liaising with parties involved in the project.

Coordinate and participate in clients’ meetings, site meetings, and conference calls as required.

Oversee the planning and delivery of different phases of the project/s.

Monitor project progress, variations, set team deadlines and evaluate project performance.

Ensure completion of work on time and within budget.

Peacefully solve any emerging problems and issues.

Identify and communicate potential problems to the rest of the team.

Support the project team.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the company.

Master’s degree in architecture or any other related field

A minimum of three working years of experience.

Possession of a warrant is considered an asset.

Experience in the commercial sector is considered an asset.

Background experience in historic sites is considered an asset

Be proficient in MS Office Software including MS Project as well as ACAD.

Knowledge of processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the efficiency of the work.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

A good eye for detail and an ability to initiate things independently.

Positive attitude towards work.

Good communication skills and fluent in Maltese and/or English.

A valid driving license.
