Gozo Townhouse Renovation – A Subtle Blend of Heritage and Modern Living
Key structural alterations allowed for a more functional interior layout, tailored to today’s lifestyle. One of the major upgrades was the addition of a lift shaft seamlessly connecting all floors, greatly improving accessibility within the home. At second-floor level, we created a self-contained two-bedroom apartment, maximizing the use of space and light.
A new washroom was strategically placed to provide direct access to the rooftop, where residents can enjoy panoramic views of Gozo’s iconic Cittadella, a standout feature of the property. Interior works included ceiling and lighting design, spatial planning, wall and floor finishes, and all the detailed elements required to deliver a complete, move-in-ready home.
Throughout the process, a key objective was to minimally intervene in the existing structure, maintaining the townhouse’s original charm while successfully meeting the client’s modern requirements.
