We are seeking a skilled and reliable Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of a variety of flooring types, including LVT, vinyl rolls, carpet, and raised flooring systems. A strong eye for detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
Accurately install a range of flooring materials, ensuring high-quality and durable finishes.
Adhere to manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and project guidelines to maintain quality and safety.
Identify and resolve any on-site installation issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
Maintain effective communication with the Operations Manager, team members, and clients to support a smooth and professional workflow.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall project success.
At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in installing flooring across various materials.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
A valid driving license is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently to resolve challenges on-site.
