Based in Gozo, de Valier Co Ltd seek to recruit an Administration Executive on a full-time basis. The prospective candidate shall provide administrative and financial support on projects, specifically in the areas of planning, costings, audit and budgetary control. The selected candidate will also monitor project requirements and support the procurement function of services and materials related to the projects and effect payment transactions to suppliers.

This role shall report directly to the Operating Manager whilst working closely and supporting the Projects and Finance Team.

Duties:

Assist and support the administrative and financial functions of projects and in general.

Assist to ensure a proper budgeting, budget follow-up, costings, finance reports, and audits of the projects.

Processing payments to local and foreign suppliers and subcontractors.

Update and track of timely payment outflows for projects with the appropriate supporting documentation.

Maintains accurate records of all financial transactions covering the activities implemented through the projects.

Assist in following up on debtors as required.

Handling project and general insurance requirements of the Group.

Handling administrative banking requirements in relation to the project.

Qualifications:

An A-level in Accounting and/or an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and/or Business Administration (MCAST) or equivalent would be preferred.

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Have strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

Have a strong command of Microsoft Office

Be self-motivated and proactive.

Possess strong, written, and verbal communication skills in English.

Possess a clean police conduct.
