We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing renovation, turnkey construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects meet quality standards, stay within budget, and are delivered on time.

Duties:

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of construction professionals, ensuring effective communication and teamwork throughout the project.

Develop and manage project schedules to ensure deadlines are met, making adjustments as necessary to account for delays or unforeseen challenges.

Review structural designs and blueprints to ensure they align with project goals, budget, and feasibility.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and budgets.

Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues that may arise and implementing solutions.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, local building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the best value for the project.

Oversee quality control throughout the construction process to meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in construction project management with a focus on structural design.

Strong knowledge of construction management principles and structural engineering concepts.

Proficiency in project management software.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to review and analyse structural drawings.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications is a plus.
