Site Architects
Update drawings required, preparation and measurements for procurement, setting out on site prior to commencement of works.
Site supervision, reporting development of site works, and liaising with parties involved in the project.
Oversee the planning and delivery of every phase of the projects.
Monitor project progress, variations, set deadlines and evaluate project performance.
Support the project team.
Identify and communicate potential problems to the rest of the team.
Ensure completion of work on time and within budget.
Peacefully solve any emerging problems and issues.
Coordinate and participate in clients’ meetings, site meetings, and conference calls as required.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the company.
A minimum of two working years of experience in renovations, construction, and finishes in the commercial sector.
Be proficient in MS Office Software including MS Project as well as ACAD.
Knowledge of processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the efficiency of the work.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
A good eye for detail and an ability to initiate things independently.
Positive attitude towards work.
Good communication skills and fluent in Maltese and/or English.
A valid driving license.
Master’s degree in architecture or any other related field.
