Senior Site Architect
Reviewing and designing architectural plans.
Responsible for accurate measurements, installation, shop drawings, and works on site.
Responsible for reporting all variations for submittal to client.
Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
Manage the Project Team and the works on site.
Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the company.
A minimum of five years experience working on-site in renovations, construction, and finishes in the commercial sector.
A minimum of two years experience working in Malta.
A good portfolio of build projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
Proficient in CAD and AutoCAD software.
Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
Fluent in Maltese and/or English.
A valid driving license.
Master’s degree in architecture or any other related field.
